FROGTOWN. APRIL 28th, 2019.
Sunday dinner is making a comeback.
It’s an ideal way to entertain: long, lazy afternoons with friends and family gathered together around the table. Think uncomplicated comfort food without the formality of a Saturday night dinner party—it’s more of a community effort and a chance to decompress.
Our host for the evening is THIS Warehouse, in Frogtown, nestled between Silverlake, Mt. Washington, Echo Park and Atwater Village. The amazing creative hub along the LA river seems to currently be the Eastside’s little secret and we can’t wait to play!
Since we’re BBF and movement and music is a must, the evening will begin with a sunset yoga practice led by Kari J. and an all vinyl set by RyToast. After yoga, we’ll have an abbreviated cocktail hour and beverage experience featuring hard kombucha by BrewjaLA and The Tea Drop Trailer environment while you enjoy a live musical performance by Honey LaRochelle and the Baddies. Then we’ll dine together under the stars with a delicious vegan soul feast prepared by Chef Janette Puttie and all vinyl set courtesy of the talented turntablist DJ Mona Lisa.
And like the Sunday dinners of old, it’s an opportunity to bring multiple generations of friends and family together around the table. This event is co-ed and open to the public. 21 and over.
